Seamedia is a leading e-commerce agency specializing in Shopify. With a team of certified professionals, we develop high-performing e-commerce websites, custom apps, and integrations for clients across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team and scale our sales and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for e-commerce services (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, ERP integrations, digital marketing, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and target markets.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align business opportunities with service capabilities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent Seamedia in networking events, online communities, and industry forums.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in IT/E-commerce industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
